Which PMS do you work with?
Guesty and iPro systems are running in production today. Hostaway and other PMSs with an open API work the same way. We confirm your exact setup on the call before you commit.
Do my cleaners need to install anything?
No. They get jobs in Slack, SMS or WhatsApp and reply in plain words. The AI understands "yes", "ok" and "on it".
Breezeway or Turno already does this.
Keep it if your cleaners live in it. Most managers we talk to run Breezeway for checklists, then still relay bookings by text and build owner reports by hand. This puts the booking, the clean, the issue, the owner and the money in one place. If your ops manager already has all of it under control in Breezeway, you honestly don't need us.
My PMS already has tasks.
For ten homes, that's enough. But native tasks don't check themselves, and none of them tell you at 9pm that tomorrow's 11am turnover has no accepted cleaner. The watchdog does.
Notion isn't a real system.
Your PMS stays the system of record for bookings and money. The hub is an operations layer on top, synced rather than migrated, so your PMS data is never touched.
What if you disappear?
Everything sits in your own Make, Notion and Slack accounts, and the bot is your app. Every automation is named and has a Loom. It keeps running whether or not we're involved.
We're slammed right now.
That's why installs happen in the shoulder season. Book the slot now, kick off when it's quiet, and be live before the spring booking wave.
What happens after launch?
You get a week of hypercare and a before-and-after report. The optional Care plan keeps everything monitored and covers the No Missed Clean guarantee.
